If the puppy is sold with limited breeding rights the buyer agrees to have the puppy neutered/spayed by the age of 6 (six) months. The buyer agrees to send a copy of the spay/neuter certificate to the breeder upon which time the breeder will release registration papers.

If the puppy is sold with full breeding rights the buyer agrees to show the dog to its Canadian Championship before the dog will be bred. (Some exceptions apply)

The StumpRanch Kennel warrants any puppy, from date of birth until the age of 2 (two) years, with a genetic health warranty, which includes eyes, heart, liver shunts, hips and patella. Upon agreement of defect by 2 (two) veterinarians StumpRanch Kennel will accept the return of the puppy in exchange for a different one immediately upon availability.

 The purchaser agrees to have the puppy/dog inspected by a veterinarian within 3 days once the puppy has been received. A copy of the vet report (which must include the tattoo number of the dog) shall be returned to StumpRanch Kennel within 2 weeks or all warranties shall be null and void.

Any puppy sold by StumpRanch Kennel will be vet checked and vaccinated according to age before leaving the premises.

In the event that a puppy will be held in reserve a deposit of $200 will be required, with the difference owing and payable before the puppy can be shipped, delivered or picked up. This deposit is non-refundable in case the purchaser decides to break the contract.

StumpRanch Kennel shall have first right of refusal in case the necessity arises to sell the dog. The buy-back price shall not be higher than the original sale price. Even if the first right of refusal has been passed up, StumpRanch Kennel shall be informed of the name and address of the new owner of the dog.

In case an animal shall be returned to StumpRanch Kennel it shall be considered for sale by consignment. The agreed upon price of sale shall be paid out once the animal has found a new owner, and layout costs shall be detracted from it (advertisement and keep at $3 per day).

 Shipping/transport is at the expense of the purchaser to be paid in full prior to delivery.
